*Notice of Public Hearing*

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Dansville on Wednesday, August 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Village Hall, located at 14 Clara Barton Street, Dansville, New York 14437, to consider amending the Official Zoning Map of the Village of Dansville (the "Proposed Rezoning Request").

The property subject to this rezoning request is located at Robert Hart Drive, Dansville, NY 14437, and is further identified on the Livingston County Tax Map as Tax Parcels: 189.5-1-1, 189.9-1-1, 189.9-1-2.2. The application seeks to amend the Official Zoning Map of the Village of Dansville by reclassifying the subject parcel from its current zoning classification of Light Industrial (l-1) to a zoning classification of Combined Business and Light Industrial (B/LI). The boundaries of the area to be rezoned encompass approximately 70 acres.

Pursuant to Article 8 of the New York State Environmental Conservation Law and its implementing regulations at 6 NYCRR Part 617 (SEQR), the Board of Trustees, acting as Lead Agency, will review the potential environmental impacts of the Proposed Rezoning Request. Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees has determined that the proposed action constitutes a Type I Action. A copy of the SEQR Environmental Assessment Form (EAF)-Part I, and all supporting documentation are available for public inspection during regular business hours at the office of the Village Clerk, 14 Clara Barton Street, Dansville, NY 14437.​​
